This massage focuses on a specific injury or condition and we will use the massage protocol that best suits your situation. We can also aid in preparation for and recovery from a variety of orthopedic surgeries like knee replacements, back surgery, rotator cuff surgery, and more. Medical massage helps you recover faster with less pain and dysfunction. We can provide receipts and documentation for you to be reimbursed by your insurance. And we accept most HSA cards

This massage can be rigorous or restorative based on your needs - whether you are preparing for or recovering from an event or in training. We use deep-tissue, trigger point, rocking and the massage gun with the appropriate pressure for your situation. For equestrians, we will focus on the muscle groups that are most effected by riding. Add arnica oil to your massage at no extra charge.

Our signature Hypnotic Sleep Massage commences with an hour long Darkness Bathing Coaching and sleep assessment. You'll share your sleep story and learn how to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Next, you'll climb onto a warm table fully-dressed for an trance-inducing massage experience. We combine a rocking, rhythmic pressure and point work to relax you into the state right before sleep. We conclude with a customized guided meditation and gentle re-immersion into your day.

Soothe your sole with this foot focused massage. We start by wrapping your feet in a hot towel with a healing peppermint lotion. Then we combine point work, hot stones & scraping techniques to reduce pain and restore sore feet. We also work the ankles and calves for a more holistic approach.
