How do you approach massage?
My approach to massage is holistic and integrative. I draw knowledge and tools from both Eastern and Western medicine. I’m happy to work with your doctor, chiro, acupuncturist, physical therapist, etc. to create a treatment plan that maximizes your outcomes. I specialize in sleep massage, medical massage, deep tissue, trigger point, hot stones and cupping.
I can help you recovery or prepare for surgery. Help in recovery from shoulder issues, plantar fasciitis, insomnia, carpal tunnel, sciatica, tendon and ligaments injuries, migraines + more.
What is your training?
I have over 25 years of experience in massage and meditation and 11 years in sleep coaching. I have a degree in massage therapy from the Fortis Institute and 100s of hours of additional training and certifications. I am a certified Sleep Science Coach. And possess a bachelor’s and master’s degree in writing.
I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, the American Medical Massage Association, and my membership with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine is pending.

What is a Hypnotic Sleep Massage?
Your Hypnotic Sleep Massage is a 2-hour one-of-a-kind service I created. I combine my years of massage knowledge with the latest sleep science to create comprehensive holistic solutions to common sleep disruptors like pain stress, and anxiety.
The first hour of the session consists of sleep coaching. This begins with a sleep assessment and continues with a discussion about how sleep works and how it works for you. Then you’ll learn our patented Darkness Bathing Bedtime Routine.
For the next hour, you'll climb onto a warm table fully-dressed for an trance-inducing massage experience. We combine a rocking, rhythmic pressure and point work to relax you into the state right before sleep. We conclude with guided meditation & a gentle re-immersion into your day. You’ll go home and start a wonderful new sleep pattern that night.

What is Darkness Bathing?
Darkness Bathing (trademark pending) is a nightly immersion in natural darkness using room darkening curtains/shades or a sleep mask. This simple yet effective holistic bedtime routine gives you the tools and techniques you to need to de-stimulate from your day and get sleepy.
The 10 to 15-minute process sets you up for sleep success by helping you to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and get back to sleep if you wake up at 3am. It encourages you to embrace night as YOUR time to rest and restore.
The good news?? You don’t need to completely change your habits or lifestyle but instead add a buffer between your day and bedtime.
