Rewrite your sleep story today with our highly effective massage & sleep coaching options. You can book both in-person and virtual appointments on our MassageBook site. You can also chose to prepay or pay at the appointment.

Please read our cancelation policy below before booking. We ask that you give us at least 24-hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.

CANCELATION POLICY

  • Appointments are reserved just for you. We ask that you give (at least) 24-hours notice when canceling so we can fill your spot.

  • Appointments canceled the same day may incur a $25 fee & no-shows may incur a $50 fee. The same day fee will not be charged if you are acutely sick. Please call or text 828-817-9722 to cancel or reschedule if you are unable to do so online. You CANNOT respond to reminders to cancel, it won’t reach us.

  • If you have a history of last minute cancellations or no-call/no-shows, you will be asked to pre-pay at the time of booking.

  • Please call 828-817-9722 if you are running more than 5-minutes late.

  • If you are paying with a gift card, please make sure to have the card or the card number with you at check out. We CANNOT look up gift card information without the number.
